KUALA LUMPUR: Frekuensi elektromagnet telefon selular terbukti selamat dan tidak boleh mengakibatkan barah otak, berlainan dengan pendedahan kepada radiasi mengion seperti radiasi nuklear.

Berdasarkan kepada kajian Pertubuhan Kesihatan Sedunia (WHO) 2010 yang memutuskan bahawa tiada kaitan antara risiko barah otak dan penggunaan telefon bimbit.
